In this installation I wanted to give video and sound equal importance. The video and sound are separated just enough to where they cannot be experienced at the same time. When watching the video, the image is talking at the viewer going from left to right on the screen, without audio. When a viewer goes into the empty room on the right, that is where the sound that corresponds with the video is. Like the video, the sound goes from left to right in the empty room with a physical presence. The image in the video is of me and the sound is me saying my own name.
